TV Repair - good as new Big screen TV repair call was painless. Tech showed up as scheduled. (unlike how other home service calls typically seem to always be hours off!) Lower priced visits offered if you can schedule for a weekday which we did. Price for service seemed in line with other quotes. And quote was accurate to final price. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and checked out another minor issue after replacing the main part needed. If we have another issue with a big screen, we will definitely call here ... read more
Well Done Gave me quote on the phone and seemed to know exactly what was wrong with my set. Then they had 2 hour windows for service call and showed up on TIME. That impressed me and the technition was well versed and had my tv up and running in an hour or so and then the quote they gave me on the phone was exactly what they charged me. No hokey pokey ad ons or hidden fees. Thanks girls and guys at ROBS TV for a great experiance. Tony W 05/04/11
