Tim has best professional in his team. Crew cleared Debris on top of chimney, brushed moss off the joints. Retouching all the loose joint and putting concrete cap. Replace counter flashing. Work is so beautifully done. I am so glad that I have chosen Choice.
The investigator set up an estimate for the whole damaged cedar roof and gutters immediately. He called the cedar roof specialist to finish the job excellently within three work days. Today it is raining heavy, so we are keeping an eye on leaks from the the gutter. so it is still premature to tell for today. However, we are really pleased by that good company service.

Replacing Shake Roof Tim and his team, Cory, Troy and Mike did a great job replacing my cedar shake roof with shingles. They were prompt, very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. Cleaned up every day and at the end of the job left the surroundings better than the start! I would have no hesitation recommending Tim and his crew.

Fixing chimneys on Vancouver rental house. The fireplace and furnace chimneys both required cement slab rain caps, pest screens, and new flashing around the base. Consumers Choice Roofing did a good job, even repairing some loose mortar around the bricks and getting rid of mold build-up. The difficulty for me is that I don't live in the house and had to rely on pictures and my tenant for information. No hesitation recommending this company.

Chimney repair and repointing Tim and his team did a great job on repairing and prepping my old chimney for a gas fireplace insert. My chimney was in rough shape and the job was done quickly and looks much better than I expected. I would recommend Tim and his crew for similar work as they clearly have a lot of experience.

Drainage Repair Tim and his crew were very professional. He explained everything in a way we could understand and we appreciated his patience with the number of times we probably asked the same question. The crew worked very hard (in hot weather) and always cleaned up at the end of the day and at the end of the job. Tim checked daily on the status of the job and kept us up to date on the progress. We would definitely recommend Tim and his crew.

Chimney Renovation and Prepping for New Gas Insert We needed to have a chimney reappointed that had not seen renovation in about 40 years and was in a bad state. The work was done timely, communication was easy and questions and concerns were quickly addressed. The marble covering of the fireplace inside needed to be cut back to accommodate a new gas insert.
