I went to Consumer Auto Body because I saw the reviews on Yelp. I wasn't disappointed! Rob was willing to work with me when I found out I couldn't go through my insurance. He did an excellent job in the time he had promised. I was worried about the paint match, since I own a silver car, but it looked fantastic! Great job.

Rob & his crew have done great work for me on 3 out of 3 occasions. Dings and nicks are inevitable in San Francisco and it sure is nice to have your car looking its best when he is through. Even nicer to not get any nasty surprises when all is said and done as well. Great location at 20th and Valencia works really well too.

I first went to Rob's shop because something fell off my car and I happened to be driving down Valencia. I thought it must have been a slow day, because Rob fixed it on the spot, no charge. It happened again a year later, I stopped in at Consumer, same thing. So, when my bumper and driver's side door got crunched by two separate people attempting u-turns on my narrow street, of course I took it to Rob instead of the 'official' insurance body shops. Rob Song at Consumers Auto Body was great. He quoted a great price for the smashed-in side of my daughter's Honda, and he did a lot of extra stuff too, like touching up the bumper, disconnecting a faulty security system, and gluing some fabric back to the interior of a door. The car was ready when he said it would be, and the paint matches perfectly; there's not even a hint of the damage. I've had more than my fair share of body work done, and I'd go back and/or recommend this place in a second.

Rob Song and his team at Consumers Auto Body & Repair are excellent. Rob is unbelievably honest and more than fair in his estimates. The first time I used Consumers Auto Body & Repair was a front windshield replacement. Rob used a new generic windshield that was way less costly than the dealer's and we've had no problems with it. And that's another wonderful characteristic about this business, they guarantee their work. They are reliable and timely, and if I remember correctly, they also washed our dirty car.

I've been driving the car for a couple of months now and it's been great! I would definitely go back again. I've had friends who've had body work that is decent, but you can tell the car has had modifications. Consumer auto body really did beautiful work on my car; you really can't tell there was anything ever wrong with it.

After a trip to the country side and a run in with a big old deer, I refrained from taking my car to the local auto body shop in the town I was visiting for the weekend and drove my car back to the City so I could take it to Consumers Auto Body & Repair. I had taken a vehicle to them before and was so pleased with how efficient and professional they were that there was no question I would give them my business again. I highly appreciate this auto body repair shop for their nice staff and well service as they did for me. They did for me some extra job and helped me with the contact of insurance. They saved my money and time with an exceptional dutifulness.

Here the guys checked out my windshield wipers right in front of me, explaining what went likely wrong in the first place, and were completely easy to chat with. If I were a dad, I'd send my daughter here.
