Dean Christopoul at Real Genius was a great mortgage broker to work with. He was able to find great products to compare at better rates than other websites/banks. Communication was clear and on time. No problems during the process from Real Genius, and when my prior mortgage company made an unexpected tax payment the day after signing closing documents, Kimberly Sourant, in charge of the closing process, was able to find a fix and get things resolved within a day. Extremely Pleasant Experience! Ed Milian was great! Ed was super to work with from my time researching options all the way through closing, Ed was there to answer my questions and push things along. I've closed on plenty of first mortgages and refinances, this was the least cumbersome experiences of them all.
