Do not use Consumer Service Co under any circumstances. I had a broken oven sit for 4 months while I waited for them to figure it out. I finally found found an alternate service provider who was able to come on site within a week. Consumer Service only has one technician that is unreliable and does not think outside the box to order parts ahead of time. I was cancelled on six times in 4 months, and they never fixed the problem.

I appreciate the excellent professional services of Kevin, the master technician, who is able to diagnose and fix all my appliance issues. He is courteous, very helpful in explaining the issue at hand, and also informs on how to better care for the product. You will never find a better company to service your appliance needs in such a prompt and thorough manner!
Kevin, diagnosed the issue I was having with my new Scottsman ice maker quickly and made the repair. He is so knowledgeable and a great communicator. He gave me good information on the care of my products which I had not had from the installer.
