I'm reluctant to write this review of my experience thus far as my claim is still not settled however this seems to be the only avenue that gets consistent responses. Those responses however are seemingly auto-generated, same format, same words just copy and paste a new customer name and hit send. Maybe I'm wrong and reaching maybe I'm spot on, maybe this works out for me maybe it doesn't but I'm at my wits end trying to navigate this issue. This company has led us around with no results they send us to a number that no one answers and then send us an automated text. Feels like a scam , we have been waiting for results for 18 months always coming up with nothing.
They are very professional. Handled my case in a timely fashion and settlement was acceptable
