I would give them a zero if I could. Cannot get a return call or email from them. I’ve had no contact for months. I need something done with my car and GM says they will not do anything while I have a lawyer. Do not recommend this law group to anyone.
Do not use this company for any Lemon Law Claim. After 4 months working with them I received an email 2 days before the manufacturer's cutoff day saying that the Law Group will no longer representing me. I have tried several times to communicate with the company to ask for an explanation or any issue, but the customer care people always tell me someone will call me back and it never happened. A week after I still waiting for a call from the company. This is very unprofessional....
False advertisement
If I could give no stars, I would!!!Do not use them, they never called me back, never once asked me what was wrong with my vehicle, and waited until 9 months to tell me that the Jeep manufacturer's final offer was $10,000 and I would only receive $6,600. I asked the negotiator how you can negotiate if you don't know what is wrong with my car? She never asked!!
