I have to say I was concerned about this company after reading some of the reviews listed here. Since they were all over a year old I decided that I wanted to give it a try because they are local and I really needed help with my credit. They offered me a program that help me improve my credit score and I was able to refinance my house. Thank you Bob and everyone at Consumer Information Bureau!
SCAM – Run. Run as far as you can from this company. Its a scam. The customer service SUCKS. They do not explain you properly. I bought a Credit Repair and Improvement Program from them. They charged me 7 times, and then they told me that its non refundable. I just wanted one program, not 7. Then they threatened me that they know how to fix credit and they very well know how to mess up credit. Changed my Life! – I randomly drove by and saw their sign. There credit repair program has changed my life. I did not understand anything about credit before I got this program Now my friends come to me for advice. My scores have improved to over 700 with all three credit reporting bureaus. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to improve their credit.

Be careful when working with this company. – Dishonest in their practice and terrible costomer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was told I need to pay a deposit to lock down a price and can purchase their product at a later time. My account was charge for the full amount in two weeks. Ran into difficulty getting the purchased package, was told no refunds can be issued at 1st.
