I can't thank the people at Consumer Information Bureau enough. Recently I was a victim of identity theft. I had collection agencies coming after me and my credit was detroyed. I had no clue what to do until I called them. Awful awful awful "product". Huge rip off. They sell you instructions to free sites that anyone could do with a bit of research. But they say they protect you from identity theft for life! What a scam. I will be fighting to get my money back! $379! Unbelievable!

This company is a dummy third-party who misrepresents themselves as an affiliate of Experian. They are NOT. We would like a refund, as promised. My complaint is the same as many other complaints on their better business bureau site. This company claims they are the only company authorized/contracted by the U.S. Gov to handle identify theft for the 3 credit bureaus, they are NOT. Thank you very much! Within the first month I had items removed from my Equifax, Experian and Transunion reports. I found this company because I was turned down for a car loan and the dealership recommended that I call to see if they can help. I now have perfect credit and I owe it all to everyone at Consumer Information Bureau.I just finished a nasty divorce. My ex did not pay any of her bills on time and it all showed up on my credit report. I even had collection agencies harassing me to try and get a hold of her.
