My Aunt got a duct cleaning service from this guy and she complained to me about it today Oct 19, 2024. She didn't write her own review since English is not her first language. He came in grey SUV, not an actual real truck. All he did was use a normal vacuum cleaner to clean the ducts, my aunt thought he was gonna use a legit machine in a truck. Low vacuum power. Worker, Jamie, did a very thorough job cleaning my ducts. They didn't have a big fancy truck, just a couple central vac units with long hoses. Jamie was very friendly and spent a little over 2 hours vacuuming the cold air returns, heating ducts and he did my dryer vent. $150 well spent.
