I had an extremely hard time straightening out an issue I had about an attendant being live in. I had one employee at Consumer direct to tell me there was nothing wrong not to worry about it and then my services was suspended. I called back and talked with three more employees who could not straighten it out. Finally, I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was put in touch with Lorrell Walker. very complicated process to get paid for some attednant care hours from june 2024 and i done all this in december 2024 and they told me it will take maximum 40 days to be processed and then i keep follow up with them every couple weeks and every they give different reason that i don't receiving my payment and sometimes they was asking to refill this complicated forms and at the end they tell since it pass one year from the date of the payment we can't process it for you even it wasn't your fault but this our rules. i don't k... read more
