Janeth Castañeda is a very helpful and responsible person. Every time I need help with anything, she is always available or she responds as soon as possible. She has a great attitude and she is always very nice respectful and friendly.
The lady Janet is very very rude talk to her clients and caregivers with no respect also she's does follow up with new hired employees she needs to work on her poor attitude!!
This company in Sierra Vista, AZ does not care a bit about the caregivers they hire, they don't make drugs test, nor a background investigation so, my poor grandma had a bad situation with one of those "caregivers" she was stealing money from my grandma's bank account.
