Website alone!! Your website and inability for consumers, as your aptly named, to shop on line for parts via your website is a horrible idea. Who has the time to call one of your stores, get a clerk on the line, get put on hold because there maybe customers in the store is not ideal for anyone. This decision was a terrible decision given the fact that anyone could buy or order anything with their phones at the touch of a button. CAP needs to get with the times. This is the reason I never shop or call your store. Good luck!

Sing on the door says 8-8 M-F. It was 7:47 pm we could have gone to Advance but choose Consumer Auto. The door was locked and the guy on duty said nope can’t come in. Shrewsbury St Worcester.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 guess they don’t want our business until 8 pm.

driver of vehicle MA plate R26 813 should remember that he has a sign on the truck and drag racing through a merge and hand gestures out the window will get people pissed off.

Website and local store has posted hours for Friday as closing at 9 pm. I stopped at the Gardner store on Friday at 8:10 pm and not only was the store closed, the man behind the counter looked up at us, and walked out of sight. At first we thought he was just walking around the counter, but i think he was just pretending he did not see us. This is very poor customer service and unprofessional.
