Terrible follow through on billing (or don't bill at all). They make patients do their work.
They have the wrong address on submitting their bills to the insurance companies. They were on a three way call with my insurance company and promised to get this resolved for me. Instead they turned me over to an attorney collection company for the full amount of the bill. Totally disregarding the write off amount and the face I owed zero dollars. Would NEVER recommend using them
This group is scamming Medicare patients to try and make them pay for work that was not ordered by the provider. How can we report these criminals?
this place is a scam!!! not sure how they got my address and information! all my bloodwork was covered by insurance and i spoke to my doctors office and they never sent bloodwork here. also talked to my insurance after speaking to the ppl at the williamsport pathology and giving my insurance info… and they never even ran my insurance or tried to see if it was covered which tells me its a scam and they are just trying to scam people out of money for things they never did. disgusting
Terrible customer service. Still waiting on my refund for overpayment. Everytime I call, I'm told 6-8 weeks.
