Never going back again! Extremely poor front desk service! They mixed up my appointment. I never write reviews on sites like this, but I am absolutely not happy the fact that I followed all the instructions they had given me and it was not my mistake at all and I sat in the parking lot for half an for waited for the supervisor to call me back. I had an appointment today at Consulting Ophthalmologists in Glastonbury, CT. This was a referral from the Hartford Headache Center. As a new patient, the impression this office gives is that they only care about the money coming in, they don't truly care about the QUALITY of care. I checked in at 1:15pm and didn't leave until 3:35pm. Almost 2 and a half hours! I have never spent that long at an eye appointment before!!!
