I would only give one star because Doctor zaidi is absolutely amazing but the office is horrific never seen anything like it - nobody answers the phone. the orland park office is outstanding but you have to go through Evergreen Park to get to Orland Park and that's where the problem is. Just for one example I was not receiving a phone call back and it was about 3 weeks after I left a message - when I asked why is it taking that long the receptionist said that's the average of what it takes for us to call people back. Scammers Julia does not have good customer service
My dad had some work done on his veins, and ever since then, he has mentioned that he has no feelings in both legs. He hasn't received any assistance from this doctor. Also, billing was a nightmare, and hopefully it is fixed for the new system on the LiveWell App. I called to get an itemization of my dad's procedures, which I never received all of them. Rating 1 stars as I have now called 7 times in the last 48 hours and still have yet to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. I’ve been on hold anywhere from 15-20 minutes and a few times the system just says “goodbye” and hangs up on you. How are they operating this business? My mind is blown. My doctor referred me here, but I will be finding somewhere else that ANSWERS THEIR PHONE.
Calling to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment is the WORST SERVICE I’ve ever encountered. Yesterday called to reschedule and after holding 20 minutes the service hung up. Presently, I have been holding approximately 37 mins., only to have someone answer, tell me AGAIN, that they’ve changed their system, well the receptionist are either inept or you need more to handle your clientele, since that’s the explanation I was given.
