Practice Manager/Secretary is condescending and flat out rude with her replies to email. Given the other feedback, its not an isolated case.
Very happy with how Dr Brown has helped our son. He is always understanding and goes out of his way to help. Is good to have someone who knows the difficulties and does their best for our whole family.
If I could give zero stars I would! We paid $450 for nothing more than a physical for our son, after waiting 3 months for an appointment. We got no answers and were simply referred to a psychologist for an assessment. THEN the psychologists were were referred to don't even offer the type of assessment we were told we needed! I have gotten more information from calling and speaking with receptionists at different practices than I did from this Dr. (if you could call him that) Then when I called to complain to the receptionist... read more
