Check in process terrible. Appointment was at 1:45 and is 3pm and I haven’t been help. I told the front desk I didn’t think I was going to be here more than an hour and I had to pick up my two kids she couldn’t care less… Her solution was to cancel the appointment and do it another time meaning loose another day of work to come sit for more than an hour. They should tell you that your appointment my take more than an hour ahead of time to make the necessary arrangements for this qppointment
No son nada puntuales,siempre hay que estar preparados para un pequeño retraso pero no al extremo de tener que esperar más de una hora por una colonoscopia
