consulMED (MED) served as the billing agent for Foot and Ankle Specialists of Utah (FASU) located in Sandy, Utah. I received an invoice from MED dated September 9, 2021. This invoice was for $40 for a surgical shoe that was dated July 22, 2020. This billing was for a charge that originated more than a year ago!
