We had a cedar roof and had 4 inspections with insurance before it was fully approved and vaughn worked in his schedule to be present for all. Also helped pick out a roof that made most sense for us and not most expensive.

Vaughn is honest, fair and does fantastic work. I couldn't get another roofer to show up and work on my shake roof because the job wasn't huge, but Vaughn promptly returned my call that day, came to my home that week, gave me a quote after his visit and got the work done in weeks when others said they couldn't be bothered for months.
