If you have an issue that needs to be resolved, don’t bother calling or emailing CITC on Monday or Friday, you won’t get through to anybody, basically you need to be on your game, in order to avoid dealing with CITC office people, because it’s like pulling teeth.
Absolutely disgusting the way this place runs their system. Abuse by staff. Abuse by instructors. Lack of education. Sexual harassment. Abuse of power. Denial of reasonable accommodations. Threatens apprentices. Lastly, they can never back anything they say and actively disregard their own instructions. The State AG has responded to my complaints about this school as being criminal.
