For active duty personnel.The military community and land design itself is great for a family raising. Lived here 2 years. When something broke, we got refurbished, still halfway functional. We had a dishwasher breakdown, and they replaced it with another washer that had its' own problems. -Star.. They scheduled our final move out inspect after the fact we detached so we did not have a say in the inspection itself. For active duty personnel. The company and staff are difficult to get a hold of, unless you are interested in renting with them or physically walk into their office. The military community and land design itself is great for a family raising. Lived here 2 years. If anything breaks, you get refurbished, likely still broken appliances. The neighborhood was super noisy most weekends even after hours when living there
I have called Constitution Park home for the last 5 1/2 years. Hands down the best military housing community that we have lived in throughout our 14 years as a military family. 100% would recommend! The office staff and maintenance staff have been wonderful throughout our stay. Sad to have to leave!
