Maintenance had come out to fix a drawer and when we used it for the first time it fall in on its self and shattered our glass Tupperware. I called the office 15 minutes before they closed for the day and Kennedy got back in contact with me the next morning to find a solution we were both happy with. Charles came out and repaired the drawers and also brought a new box of Tupperware to replace what was broken. Not only that, but he was personable and professional while in our home. Living in the Military Housing at Lake Stevens Constitution Park Family Housing has been an amazing experience! The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and very spacious — perfect for our family of five. We especially loved the bonus living room, which gave us extra space to relax and spend time together. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made the property and its surroundings come to life in my mind. She carried herself with such grace and confidence that the whole experience felt effortless and welcoming. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly takes pride in their work — Martha is one of those rare people who makes you feel both informed and inspired. A truly wonderful representative of this community!
For active duty personnel.The military community and land design itself is great for a family raising. Lived here 2 years. When something broke, we got refurbished, still halfway functional. We had a dishwasher breakdown, and they replaced it with another washer that had its' own problems. -Star.. They scheduled our final move out inspect after the fact we detached so we did not have a say in the inspection itself.
