Mediocre blowout just cost me $95. During the blow dry and flatiron process the stylist kept pulling my hair and breaking it with the flat iron. While the result is acceptable, it’s not worth it for the $$. Drybar is $60 and the experience is much higher-end. I did not tip. That was simply too much money.

This woman told me my hair was too long and gave me a long hair mullet. She hacked off 12" easily and the girls at Aveda couldn't even fathom she was a hairdresser due to the results. Afterwards i really thought she was a demented mother watching the store while the real hairdresser was out getting their lunch. Most horrible experience and she ruined my long hair. I've been warning others about this place ever since.

Chang is a true artist when it comes to haircuts! She does a great job !!
