Constellation provided all of the food, beverages, and service for our Museum of Fine Arts wedding. They were so attentive, responsive, and curated an experience for us to truly make our vision come to life. Caroline was so responsive and accommodating. The food and service were incredible. We can’t thank them enough for making our day perfect!
Oh, no.! I would not eat their food! The food is left out, in the environment for too long. Every plate, too! My observations on their food handling procedures were definitely not up to standards; Too many hands, germs, breaths and temperatures on each plate. No! I suggest less hands on each plate. Let one individual plate the dishes. I observed 4+ people touching each dish. Also, these plates of food were left in the open environment for 2+ hours before being served.
