Oh, no.! I would not eat their food! The food is left out, in the environment for too long. Every plate, too! My observations on their food handling procedures were definitely not up to standards; Too many hands, germs, breaths and temperatures on each plate. No! I suggest less hands on each plate. Let one individual plate the dishes. I observed 4+ people touching each dish. Also, these plates of food were left in the open environment for 2+ hours before being served. Best food
One star because they like to wake me up every morning at 2:30 to pack food in the back of a truck which I’m sure they’re not supposed to be doing at 2:30. If it doesn’t stop I’m calling Philly311 to complain because this is absolutely ridiculous.
