I have had to have MANY abdominal surgeries. In two surgeries, I almost lost my life because of bowel obstructions. 18 years ago I was blessed to meet Constaze Rayherer. Her bedside manner is the best! She has treated me like family since day one. The explanation of each procedure has never gone untouched in her office or the surgical suite. Dr. Rayhrer is an excellent surgeon. She is highly skilled in all aspects of surgery and oncology. An excellent and compassionate diagnostician she is the BEST in her field. Our area is blessed to have her as a medical resource. I trust her judgement explicitly.
I have known Dr. Rayhrer for 20 years. I have been to professors at UC Irvine who said they would not touch me. I had my colon removed in 1979 due to Ulcerative Colitis and have had to have numerous surgeries because of "Incisional Hernias." Dr. Rayhrer, has taken on the role of taking care of me, making things work and she and her staff have a great bedside manner, she is the reason I stay in CA., as I don't trust any other surgeon.
After I'd gone to other docs who told me they couldn't help me because my condition was so severe, I went to see Dr. Rayhrer. She agreed to look it and agreed that it might be difficult but that she'd give it a chance. It took a lot but it got better each time and eventually the problem was taken care of. I recommend her to anybody who needs a Doctor who trusts her patient as well as we can trust her.
