I’ve gotten my haircut here a couple of times and haven’t had any major complaints about the cut itself. However, I strongly recommend asking for the price beforehand. I used to be charged the same amount consistently, but one day I forgot to ask and ended up paying double—with no styling or anything extra included. I asked for brown hair and they left me with a hair color looking like black. I don’t think they know how to work with their colors. I even showed them the picture and they said they can do something similar. They are way off with their similar! I started crying because that’s how bad I felt it looked . So disappointed with my hair. I was charged 180 plus a $50 deposit for a money piece/peakaboo, keep in mind that my hair is shoulder length. During my consultation the hair dresser confirmed that she could give me the hair that I asked for. She was very confident about it & talked as if it was easy work.
