We consulted Dr. Constantinescu to review the progress of a kidney condition for our 2 year old son. He prescribed an ultrasound and told us that we will have a call once he receives the results. We did not hear from him in weeks and then found out that he head left for a 3-week vacation. After we received access to the app (weeks later) with the results, we could see that he had added a note saying that the result is 'severe'. Dr Alex has been my sons doctor for 18 years. He is the best!!! The most caring doctor I have ever known.

Dr Alex and his entire office are fabulous. He takes time with his patients, explaining everything very well and repeats as necessary to make sure everything is understood.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the exceptional care you gave to our five year old son. You never hesitated to answer all our questions, and your genuine warmth and caring for was evident. Through the issues we experienced, you were patient and attentive. We are extremely thankful that you were able to be our son's doctor from our initial admission to the hospital through the months to follow. Your office staff was always kind and helpful.
