The Resident Manager Melissa D. is amazing to work with. She is a huge asset to Goldberg Realty Associates. We showed interest in a specific complex well in advance of when we were looking to move, and she consistently followed up with us and stayed in touch to let us know when there was availability and to see if we were still interested. She is attentive, quick to respond, empathetic and informative. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and goes above and beyond for residents. Thank you Melissa!

I with 4000% confidence do not recommend you even entertain the idea of living here or working with this team. I live here currently and have had a termite infestation/swarming issue that has caused me to leave my home that has continued to transpire over two weeks and it has still not been dealt with. One week went by before I had to threaten legal action to get any information. I've lived at The Molly Pitcher Village Apartments for almost 4 years now and I can say it has been great living here. Goldberg Realty and the Supervisor, Henry, have always been attentive to any issues and have reached out to me to follow up on repairs and inquiries. Five stars all around!
The excessive Reserved Parking has got to stop. It is unnecessary. These people don’t even have handicapped plates. Designate 3 handicapped spaces per lot and call it first come first serve. It’s disgusting every day to come home and see more of those ludicrous signs up.
Apparently smoking marijuana is allowed in these tiny apartments now. I have made complaints because it is prohibited according to our lease, but management has done NOTHING about the situation! DON'T BE A FOOL....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Not No More Keep Puting Rents Up Dont Care About Some Of Us On Lower Incomes Done.
