The Hygienist is so efficient, pleasant and supportive that she makes the time go by quickly which I like.
Pam did a excellent job cleaning my teeth and great personality.
I don't know if she will get this but I need to apologize to Dr. Smith for being grumpy after she gave me my diagnosis. I just wasn't expecting the information she gave.
All staff members are friendly and professional - it makes going to the dentist more of a pleasure!
Since moving to Jackson over 2 years ago, I have been going to Doctor Smith's office. Everyone at the office is very kind, professional, and supportive. They treat me as a whole person, and not simply as just another patient. You will be well cared for at this dentist office.
