I've leased from a building managed by CPM for a few years. Only good experiences on my end. They've always been quick to get back to me regarding repairs or lease agreements.
Horrible company. No VM, refuses to make needed/safety repairs. Stay away!!!!!!!

Beware of this property company. During the move-out walkthrough, she tried to charge me for repainting under a "California Law" since I had lived in the apt for under 4 years (I lived there for 3yrs). I consulted with the SF Rent Board afterwards, and they said there is no such law. The tenant only pays if there are damages, and I had only normal wear and tear. So she pretty much made that up in order to get part of my security deposit.
