I hired Consolidated to revamp a sunroom and kitchen. The experience was comfortable and I’m very pleased with the results! We worked within the existing footprint to minimize costs. That meant keeping the same galley-style kitchen. But, widening the window into the sunroom, going with white cabinets, some with glass fronts, and lighter backsplash really opened it up. I bought a flipped house from Mark in Baltimore that he suggested was "brand new, down to the studs, with a new roof!" Since we bought the house 3 years ago, we have had to pay over $4,000 for repairs of leaking toilets, leaking shower pans, a malfunctioning A/C unit, a flooded basement as a result of improper installation of that unit, and malfunctioning ejector and sump pumps. Mark and his crew did an excellent job renovating our kitchen, living and dining room. His crew were prompt, courteous and professional. The job was done quick! Planned on 2 weeks, and they were done in 7 days. The whole project ran smooth and Mark is extremely responsive. Cannot recommend enough
