My ever most worst rating giving to this company and the appraiser Dylan Ferguson! Giving one star is too nice already! When looking back to the past reviews, there were most complaints to this company and also particularly to DYLAN FERGUSON At first I reached out simply intended to have a nice discussion about the report. He didn’t even respond or call back! Then when I texted and mentioned about his unacceptable service , he quickly responded that my manner was hostile and would even report to the Bank! Dylan ferguson appraised my house $60,000 less than it was appraised 6 months ago after more work was completedand the market has gone up... I live on the most prestigious street in lindsay, and his appraisal on my home was less than other semi-detached homes in the area in less desirable neighbourhoods. He refused to return my call afterwards to break down why I received such a low estimate.
