All I can say is that this company is bad from the top down. I called to let them know that i was not happy with the service. Dylan Ferguson showed up late and was so arrogant it put me right off. I have done so much work on my home and was excited and this guy acted like he did not care at all. Called the company to let them know and the owner was rude and condescending. My ever most worst rating giving to this company and the appraiser Dylan Ferguson! Giving one star is too nice already! When looking back to the past reviews, there were most complaints to this company and also particularly to DYLAN FERGUSON At first I reached out simply intended to have a nice discussion about the report. He didn’t even respond or call back! Then when I texted and mentioned about his unacceptable service , he quickly responded that my manner was hostile and would even report to the Bank!
