Horrible! My husband rented a fridge for our apartment. It stopped working over a weekend and they didn't get my message until Monday. At that point, $150 worth of groceries were bad. When I called about it they asked if I had receipts for the food. I don't know about you, but I don't typically save food receipts. We were highly annoyed but let it go.
