I felt like they didn't represent me as a person of color that dealt with a toxic work incident. Emily at crucial times lacked compassion and was extremely condescending. When you have never been in the type of situation I was in, you need someone who will take the time and explain in detail to you everything. No matter how many times you ask, this is your job and at times I feel she forgot that if I could go back in time I would of never used them.
