After waiting over an hour to speak to customer service to learn about a client's benefits only to be met with dismissal and lack of support is unacceptable. As a provider who cares about the needs of their clients, this insurance company is not one I would recommend. I completely understand sometimes we never know what someone maybe experiencing, but Tammy was rude and not very helpful from the start of the call. I hope the service department gets better.
Fraud scam insurance should be illegal that any company should force to make you pay the price of 80/20 insurance that doesn't cover any anything they deny you or your kids. Everyone I work with has had nothing but issues getting bills for 60 grand lfor example. Would love to know how people that start this crap sleep and live everyday screwing the working people, mainly talking about whoever owns the company, Mikayla in customer service does a great job helping fix the issue between them and providers, feel bad that they go... read more
