I have only been there twice, but the coffee is amazing. They even told me how to *save money* on my drink! You dont find that to often
My favorite coffee stand! �� always very nice and polite!
Sadly I actually really enjoy the coffee stands when I am in town. But when an employ goes to the manager cause she doesn't like the customer and tells that customer she can't come to the stand if she is working and has to drive across town to the other one I feel it's very rude and not great customer service! If your baristas feel the need to tell someone they can not come here if they are working they should not be in customer service and find something else! Hi their, I take pride in our customer service at consistent cups, and also take pride in my baristas, if the interaction with a customer interferes with business performance; for example an employee brings to my attention they are extremely uncomfortable seeing a certain customer, (also explaining why) the decision is an easy one. We have the right to refuse service to anyone, and my employees have that right as well. The best coffee stand in town and the happiest employees ever! I think they are the only ones that won't be mad when I come thru and order 10 drinks!!!! I love you guys!!!! Your the best!!
