A few years ago when your shop was on the corner of E Oviatt and Dover Center, I brought in several beautiful framed pictures to try and sell. Even though I spent hundreds at your store every year, you turned me away by saying you had too many pictures and didn’t need anymore. That next day I had a garage sale (I live on E Oviatt, former name Jill Vince) and I sold all of the pictures for a ridiculously cheap price. Jill, I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and am truly sorry you feel this way. I wish that you were able to email or call me when this happened so I could of research the details. In Bay Village we had very limited wall space to hang artwork and could only take more artwork when space came available. Since the walls were full I wish you could have held your prints until space became available so we could have sold them at a better price. Wonderful sellection of beautiful items from furniture to accessories. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The inventory changes regularly, so you need to stop by often to see all of the new arrivals. It's a great place to shop.
Rude and ignorant One star for service and expertise. I called to ask if an antique side by side tiger oak secretary desk/curio cabinet in pristine condition could be placed for consignment. I was not asked any questions about the item. The woman answering the phone instead replied brusquely, "no oak". I asked for clarification and she replied again with only the statement "no oak."
