The owner is totally rude and very unprofessional, couldn't explain to me how is it that her cashier rung my items up and I used my Mastercard but my receipt has someone else name on it, and when trying to get an explanation from her she became belligerent and rude while having other customers in line... she really operates on an ego!

Everyone is always helpful, friendly and professional. Yes, they are very particular about what they accept, and I appreciate that. I know that everything I buy there is top quality. It’s always a fun treasure hunt to shop here!
The owner is the rudest person I have ever met. I do not know how she stays in business. She is nasty.
Well, I have been buying and taking items here for 5 years and today was the last trip I will take to drop any of my items or buy anything from this nasty woman. This owner is the Biggest Snob and is Down Right RUDE to the customers that pay her bills and keep her in business. I had the displeasure of dealing with her time and time again and today I decided I'm done. Help customers, irregardless of "fine print" what is the saying the customer is always right...even so make a customer happy and they return i have never been so disrespected in a store in a long time and i will tell everyone how rude i was treated, do not shop there do not sell your stuff there!
