I have been consigning with Consign Charleston since the day they opened their doors for business. Not only is every one friendly, the staff has excellent customer service skills . They greet you as you enter the door, they help you get items down off the wall and they even help you carry your purchase to the car. I absolutely love this store especially the lady at the cash register, Isabel she is always friendly toward me when I come in. I'm not overly happy with the new young girl at the Customer desk she's not very nice and friendly as someone at the help desk should be. She was very short with me the other day when I asked her a question. Sometimes there is a young handicapped girl who is at the Customer desk and she is always very sweet and tries very hard to be helpful. First of all I want to say I love this store, I needed help finding a gift for my Wife, I ask this Woman there in the designer section, I believe her name is Renee, she was very helpful, professional and friendly, I'm a very picky person and can be a pain, I have to give her credit for her patient's, I will recommend any of my friends and family to shop at this awesome store. You walk in the door and you are greeted by the employees who actually know you by name! Where else does that happen? The staff is friendly and super helpful! You feel like you could browse forever and I'm never rushed. There are some amazing deals, and having an account there allows me to make a little extra money.
