This is the first time I’ve ever went to a tags place but I just had a horrible experience I waited in line for 30 minutes with one customer ahead of me, he didn’t have his documentation filled out so rather him stepping she had him fill it out in front of her, furthermore she allowed him to notarize the documents with an expired drivers license and a picture of his passport after she stated “next time you need to have a physical copy”
Awesome experience would recommend to anyone for any title needs, great service!
I had to assist my Mother in transferring her car to her Grandson. I stopped in one day to find out the exact procedure to do so. Kimberley waited on me and described the process. Today. 6/4/2025, I came back with my Mom and her Grandson and Kimberly assisted us exactly as she described the procedure on the day I randomly stopped it. Kimberly was professional, efficient, and personable as she handled our transaction. It was quick and easy. Highly recommend this agency.

Transferred a boat and trailer and it went flawless. The line was short, the staff knowledgeable and efficient. One note is that titles do come from penndot so if you need to walk out with a title that day - head to Harrisburg and plan to wait ...
