Update: The business saw this review, reached out, and made things right by refunding the 2nd messenger fee I was charged. Changed from 1* to 4* Original review: I feel i was overcharged for services here. I came in with all the paperwork complete to register 2 unpowered boats, and was charged a $90 service/messenger fee per boat despite having filled out all the forms myself, and the 2nd transaction taking only 30 seconds to complete since the info was already in the system. Great experience today buying a car from a business. Kimberly cut through two seeming impossible roadblocks to make it happen- one was my spouse having two licenses - in that his real ID had not arrived. The other was that we needed letterhead approval for the business rep to be designated as seller. She was amazing and even with all that, under an hour.
This is the first time I’ve ever went to a tags place but I just had a horrible experience I waited in line for 30 minutes with one customer ahead of me, he didn’t have his documentation filled out so rather him stepping she had him fill it out in front of her, furthermore she allowed him to notarize the documents with an expired drivers license and a picture of his passport after she stated “next time you need to have a physical copy”

I had to assist my Mother in transferring her car to her Grandson. I stopped in one day to find out the exact procedure to do so. Kimberley waited on me and described the process. Today. 6/4/2025, I came back with my Mom and her Grandson and Kimberly assisted us exactly as she described the procedure on the day I randomly stopped it. Kimberly was professional, efficient, and personable as she handled our transaction. It was quick and easy. Highly recommend this agency.
