Dr. J. Hymes is a very nice person and a great pain dr.However he seems totally unaware of the rudeness and carelessnes of his office staff. I was given an appointment (3 weeks ago) for July 31st at 10.30. Upon arrival I was told there was NO appointment by a very "could'nt care less" type of receptionist which was very annoying. I've been treated by Dr. Hymes for over 15 years at SCOI.Over the years his office staff has become more and more careless and rude. Such a shame that Dr.Hymes is totally unaware!!!
