Jason Morris, the Vice President of this company is running it into the ground with terrible choices. He has lost valuable technicians and verbally abused remaining techs over the phone. He refuses to pay techs their value and constantly makes false promises to techs that have proven themselves worth more than ConServ is providing. They are in the process of losing all their major contracts and will not have enough work to sustain themselves. Steer clear of working for or doing business with ConServ at all costs.
The Vice President of this company has been micromanaging this office and the company into the ground. His poor decision making is driving their customers away and his false promises are ensuring their experienced techs are seeking employment elsewhere. They will not pay market value for their technicians and his verbal abuse is absolutely lawsuit worthy.
