Stephanie and her team are nothing short of amazing! I've been renting for over a decade; I've changed apartments every year, spanning five states, acquiring vast rental experience. Consensus Real Estate Services have been a great property management company. I stay at one of their properties in downtown Lynchburg on Commerce St. I have had no issues with the property. If I needed anything done with the apartment, it was attended to right away. Very friendly staff! The downtown location is great. Lots of restaurants, a farmer's market, shops, art gallery, and shows. If you like nature and walking/jogging/running, there are 2 trails all walking distance. Black Water Creek and Percival park. The level of professionalism with the agents is unmatched. The property is beautiful and the price is unbelievable compared to others apartments in the area.
