Extremely deceptive healthcare organization who i will avoid for their sketchy behavior, predatory billing practices, and unprofessional and unprepared employees. If they acquire your local doctors office, mourn, and find a new one.
Followed Dr. McKinnon from the Cherry Hill location because she’s great! I spoke with a couple members of staff during my visit and everyone was extremely pleasant.
We have been charged for the services not asked or are concerned for when making a visit for Annual Physical. Staff didn't cooperate and continued to make stories on the charges. The visit was done with 'Donna McKinnon, APN'.
Love this doctors office!! The people that were here are so kind and helpful, and knowledgeable.
They took over my Primary Physician's Office. Totally horrible. Every phone call goes to automatic voice mail system. Return calls are longer than 72 hours. Lots of condescending rhetoric from the Staff. Staff is arrogant and rude. You are treated like a billable entity. I was charged for a Behavioral Assessment during my annual Prostate exam. I notified Medicare of Billing Fraud. Medicare stated that they have had multiple billing complaints against Consensus. I'm looking for a new Primary Physician. Good luck going to a Co... read more
