I really enjoy working with Jennifer. She offers great, simple advice that really works. When something isn't working, Jennifer is quick to pivot and offer you additional different tools until you find what does work for you. She has been helping me quit some bad life-long habits and has started helping me form healthy habits. She is motivating, honest, and incredibly caring. I cannot speak highly enough about her services, it has been worth every penny to invest in myself.

Working with Jennifer helped me clear a path to begin the process of transformation. And what an amazing journey it has been! Jennifer is patient, knowledgeable, understanding and honest.
