Love this place. Just got the membership
Came here for the sauna and cold plunge. The rate is better than I have seen even back home in TN. Word to the wise, this is located in the back part of a freestyle gym. Owner wasn't present but a trainer was able to help out. The space itself is nice, with a shower, wonderful cold plunge and a hot sauna. I got exactly what I needed when I came and I enjoyed it thoroughly
Just got back from 9 days of traveling or doing some sort of training and my body was worn out. This helped me feel rejuvenated and I will be coming back.
Paid for 90 minutes but it auto shut off after 60 and pressing the sauna controls didn't do anything. They were nice so I didn't want to press about a refund even though I mentioned it to them. Just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth and we felt rushed getting out and it was frustrating. Since only the first one was discounted just made us not want to go again. But the facility itself is fine. It's a gym not a spa. I just wanted a place where I could do sauna on demand but guess this ain't it
I went to visit this new facility expecting great things. Unfortunately pictures are definitely deceiving in this case. I went on the website. Everything looked fantastic so I called to make an appointment today and I thought it was a little odd. I could only pay online or over the phone before I went. But the person on the phone said that’s the only way they do it. So I went ahead and paid for an hour of cold plunge and sauna.
