I take my dog to daycare next door to Self Made Training Facility where Conscious Body Recovery lists its address on their website. I walked over to check it out and I didn’t see any signs posted inside or outside about the Cold Plunge business and I asked a few guys standing around in the gym where Conscious Body Recovery is and they looked at me like I was crazy & didn’t know what I was talking about so I left. Awesome place to visit. Dropped in on a random day and the facility was immaculate and top of the line plunge / sauna. Nathaniel the owner was also a great guy who handled the entire check in process. Can’t recommend it enough
Sorry, I tried to like this place, They use way too much strong chlorine in that water it made my nose burn & my skin burn & itch!! That doesn’t seem very Health Conscious at all. Left me with a terrible headache all night afterwards.
