Very clean, very very cold!!! Coldest I’ve ever been in and soothing if you can bear to get in. Just go for it don’t even feel the water just go on. The sauna feels nice a great balance inbetween!!! Will do again maybe even a membership.
Such a nice setup!! Water was very cold and sauna was really hot. Felt fantastic and really nice having the space to yourself.
Funny how any bad or less than 5 star reviews get buried or removed!!! I take my dog to daycare next door to Self Made Training Facility where Conscious Body Recovery lists its address on their website. I walked over to check it out and I didn’t see any signs posted inside or outside about the Cold Plunge business and I asked a few guys standing around in the gym where Conscious Body Recovery is and they looked at me like I was crazy & didn’t know what I was talking about so I left. Awesome experience. Facility was clean and perfect for contrast therapy.
Perfect private place to look after your body with contrast therapy. The owner is super nice and will get you all sorted!
