This is an amazing sauna and cold plunge. The facility is very well maintained and the owner is wonderful! He was so kind and understanding when we had a mishap with the scheduling (completely our fault). He went above and beyond to fix the issue for us. I would highly recommend Conscious Body Recovery to anyone.
I had a great experience at Conscious Body Recovery. The infrared sauna and cold plunge were exactly what I needed — everything was clean, the room was private, and the sauna temperature was perfect. My girlfriend and I had an awesome first time sauna/cold plunge experience this evening. The area was clean and private with a very cool aesthetic. Martin was friendly and helpful. This place is very cool looking forward to coming back 🙏
Best cold plunge in San Diego. I’ve been training hard lately and knew I needed to step my recovery up, so I searched for a cold plunge and sauna nearby and found this spot. Did my first session and immediately loved it. I signed up as a member on the spot. What really sold me is that it’s private. Just you in the sauna and just you in the cold plunge.
