My girlfriend and I had an awesome first time sauna/cold plunge experience this evening. The area was clean and private with a very cool aesthetic. Martin was friendly and helpful. This place is very cool looking forward to coming back 🙏
Best cold plunge in San Diego. I’ve been training hard lately and knew I needed to step my recovery up, so I searched for a cold plunge and sauna nearby and found this spot. Did my first session and immediately loved it. I signed up as a member on the spot. What really sold me is that it’s private. Just you in the sauna and just you in the cold plunge. Not a good experience. Different setup. In the back of a gym with no directions or instructions or signage. No one to meet you and answer any questions. Kind of feels like you are interrupting people working out. Tried to use a Groupon to try this place out but have to email to schedule. I was told I had an appointment at a certain time but when I showed up (and finally found someone to ask) turns out someone else was booked at the time I was given so unable to do my session.
10/10 experience. I love how you have your own private room and it's very clean. Would def recommend. Booking a longer sesh next time!!
The owner Nathaniel is very chill and nice, I don't know if I typed his name correctly. He offered me 2 55 minute session after a scheduling conflict. The cold plunge machine is top tier and ice cold, would highly reccomend going here!
