Very poor customer service. There’s clearly miscommunication in their office as everytime I got a phone call or was sent an email (from them) it was always with information that didn’t apply to me. And when there was information or documents I needed, they’d forget to send them to me and wouldn’t until I reached out and reminded them. Whenever you try to call the billing department, the call DROPS, not allowing you to leave a voicemail or reach anyone in billing at all (and of course they don’t call back.) Terrible organization. They billed my husband for several sessions and also billed his insurance so they were double paid. We have spent HOURS on the phone and MONTHS waiting to be reimbursed from them. It's always the same story--"we're looking into it and you should get a check soon".
