I waited all day for my order and never arrived definitely not buying from them again… very disappointing service
I order online an arrangement and they never delivered, waste of money and time, it’s sad to see how a company can ruined an special occasion because of their unprofessional service
Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day days ago. Received an email stating the flowers I picked were out of stock the morning OF Valentine’s Day. When I called the customer service rep stated there was an issue with fedex and they would be delivered Monday. Right before that call I received an email stating the refund was completed. Buyer beware, I hope this review helps someone stay clear of doing business with 1800flowers.
