My mother bought a cake from here for my niece's 2nd birthday..we love to support Small businesses. But it looked awful! It was suppose to be a pineapple but it looked like it had a bunch of nipples all over it. My mom called just to let them know that she was disappointed and they asked her "if she was a cake decorator?". I just couldn't believe the customer service!
