Transferred to this clinic after moving back to Texas and was assigned to Dr. Sundarraj. A VA pharmacologist had put me on Lyrica for pain caused by Fibromyalgia. Dr. Sundarraj's staff took me off of Lyrica because it is a controlled substance and put me on Gabapentin. Part of the reason that I am on Gabapentin is because I am allergic to that medication. When the staff called to tell me they had changed my medications I told them to look at my records that have showed that I was allergic to that medication since 2017. I sho... read more

The many receptionist in this building are unable to listen. They just hear a word and base everything off of that one word. Appointments are weeks out, if even available because the Dr. has been moved somewhere. useless place
The staff were friendly and efficient!!!
Civilian doctor rejects hired by the government. Calling a nurse practitioner a Doctor is so unethical. They don’t listen, write what they want. I would trust a first grader with crayons making diagnostics over the garbage they have on staff in the VA.

I have had several issues lately and have had to do lab work a few times on the fourth floor.. While all of the lab techs do a good job, I would like to single out Tanisha (I hope I spelled her name right). She is the ultimate professional and she is always so bright and cheerful... I would be happy to have her every time I need blood drawn... Thank you for being a fine person and such a competent employee...
Spending money on private insurance now because the doctor in Conroe refuses to actually take the time to do an exam and physically access patients but yet still puts it in her notes that she does. She does not listen to anything and just tells me to lose weight. It is doctors like her that cause veterans to kill themselves in VA parking lots. Oh yeah, and a nurse pretty much told me I was making up a story about flipping a tank in combat.
How funny I was there again today. LOL
