Always very friendly and very punctual on appointments. Office is very inviting and clean.
We have been going to Dr. Portales for several years now. My 13 year old loves going to the dentist. She has never been afraid! That speaks volumes for the character of the dentist and his staff of hygienists. Would recommend them to anyone! Love Conroe Smiles!!
I have been to Conroe Smiles a few times, and have had a great experience each time whether it was for family or myself. The staff is very friendly/outgoing, and helpful. Each time I have been there I have never had to wait more than ten minutes to be seen. I highly recommend Conroe Smiles to friends and family! They have excellent customer service and I will definitely continue to be a patient of theirs!
